Based in Cyprus, Larnaca, diversified issues such as operations, investment in aircraft development programs, airport facilities as well as maintenance, overhaul and refurbishment of corporate and commercial aircraft.

   It was formed to originate, acquire, finance, invest in, lease and manage commercial aircraft and various other assets, subject to leases with the world’s largest airlines and leading companies. Additionally it structures Private equity funds or pooled investment vehicles used for making investments in various equity (and to a lesser extent debt) securities according to one of its disciplined investment strategies.
